Products and Lead Times

Most of our products are made to order or finished to order, which makes them final sale. Please carefully review product descriptions for details on lead times, shipping timelines, and any customization options. Embroidered items may require an additional 1-2 weeks for completion. 

Order Changes

Once your order has shipped, Essie & Ellie is unable to modify or cancel the order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations are not permitted as production may have already begun.

Liability Disclaimer

Essie & Ellie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

 

Shipping and Delivery

    •    Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and lead times. For in-stock/ready to ship items please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.

For Custom/Made to order items, please refer to the product description for specific shipping and lead time details.

    •    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Essie & Ellie Co is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect shipping details.

    •    While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Returns and Refunds

    •    Custom, Made-to-Order, and Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

    •    In-Stock Items: Returns are accepted for in-stock items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    •    Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receipt at info@essieandellie.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
